Luca Lazylegz Patuelli and Melissa Emblin will offer ten creative movement workshops in our studios.
Open to all bodies and all dancers looking to find new ways to move creatively, the workshops will focus on the exploration and progression of 5 themes: dancer’s body awareness, movement in space, levels, strength and presence. After each workshop, Lazylegz and Melissa will also create challenges to keep the dancers motivated throughout the month.
While it is possible to register for a single workshop, people are encouraged to participate to the whole series, as each workshop will draw on the past ones.
These workshops will be held at Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, on the last Sunday of each month, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., with an optional additional 30 minutes for questions and freestyle sessions, which will allow participants to socialize and continue to learn.
The participation to each workshop costs of $20, but by signing up to ten workshops, you can enjoy a reduced rate of $190.
Please note that the workshop is open to people aged 13 and over.
Address: 1435 de Bleury, 4th floor, Montréal, QC, H3A 2H7
