Floor-barre is inspired by Classical Ballet and Pilates techniques. It targets the muscles and joints while working in perfect synergy with the hips, back and abdominals to acquire fluid movement throughout the alignment of the body. This exercise is performed to music and is reinvigorating for the joints and muscle definition. Excellent for improving your posture!
