The floor barre is inspired by the techniques of classical ballet and yoga. It is excellent for understanding the different articular and muscular facets of your body in synergy with the movements of classical ballet. This course will help you feel more equipped for your ballet classes and to better assimilate the exercises thanks to the knowledge acquired. You will have the opportunity to work on l’en-dehors, le coup de pied, le port de tête, as well as your back muscles and your abdominal belt. This class is great for your posture and breathing!
Yoga mat required.
