Les Grands Ballets’ annual benefit gala, held on Thursday, May 15 at Édifice Wilder, raised nearly $630,000 in support of the company’s artistic mission, a record amount since the event began taking place within Les Grands Ballets' home.
Presided by Mr. Abe Adham, Chair, Quebec Market, and Managing Director and Head, Quebec Investment Banking at TD Bank Group, the evening brought together nearly 300 guests for a gourmet dinner interspersed with performances by our dancers. Perfect illustration that every contribution counts: the silent auction and raffle alone generated nearly $80,000.
The funds raised will directly support the work of the hundreds of artists mobilized to bring each of our productions to life, both on stage and behind the scenes.
