Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about the language of movement and I am constantly seeking the dialogue between body and mind. I discovered the wonderful world of Pilates and yoga after many years as a dancer, and I have been certified to teach both. The transition to the academy was for me an organic transition in the study of movement and was another step in the investigation of this mind-body dialogue. Accordingly, I completed a BA in psychology and an MA in dance movement therapy. During my studies, I interned in the adolescent psychiatric department of the Tel Hashomer Hospital (Ramat Gan, Israel) and worked in communication kindergartens with children living with ASD. My approach is a holistic one, combining different methods in which I have specialized over the years, and always stemming from listening and creativity.
