Director, choreographer, dancer and teacher, Andrea Palmer has spent over 30 years studying and performing dance. Her credits include performances for television and film, artistic direction and choreography for Flexx (2001 )- an annual summer dance festival in Montreal, a tour of United Nations Army bases in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as performances with Mikhail Baryshnikov and the White Oak Dance Project during the Festival International de Nouvelle Danse (2001).
In 2006, Andrea was honored to give master classes in Saint Petersburg, Russia and in England thanks to a grant from The Canada Council of the Arts. From 2007-2010, she continued to share her passion for dance in Norway as director of the jazz dance program for the Ørsta Volda Balletskule.
Andrea is an alumna of Canada’s National Ballet School. She holds a Master's Degree in Dance from UQAM as well as a Graduate Diploma in Art Management (Queens University).
