Spectators who experience any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been in contact with someone diagnosed as being a carrier of this virus (please consult the Quebec public health website for more information) are asked to not attend events at Place des Arts venues. In such cases, please contact the ticket office, and full refunds will be issued.
As you know, we are still going through an uncertain period due to the pandemic, which means that our ticket office is subject to schedule changes depending on the restrictions in force. If these have an impact on your reservations, we are committed to keeping you informed when new measures are put in place.
Rest assured that in all cases, up to a few days before your performance, you will be able to:
1. Exchange your tickets for another date or another show in our 2020-2021 season.
As a ticket holder, you will be the first to know and the first to choose the best seats for any addition to our programming.
It should be noted that any ticket is also transferable free of charge to a member of your family, a colleague or a friend.
2. Donate to the Arts. In case of cancellation, please consider, if you are able, donating the amount of your purchase in whole or in part to the Company.
In these difficult times, any donation will help us offer you, as soon as can be managed, the best in dance.
3. Get a refund. Purchases, including service charges, will be refundable at any time in the event of a postponement or cancellation.
