Driven by his passion for physical activity, Phillipe pursued an education in Kinesiology at l’Université de Québec à Montréal. He is a certified Yoga instructor and fitness trainer and since 2015, has taught group fitness classes, with a focus on providing safe and accessible workouts that would help promote health and wellness for everyone. Phillippe guides his participants in overcoming new challenges through breathing and mindfulness.
