Festival Quartiers Danses will take place from September 6th to 17th, with an indoor programming in Les Grands Ballets’ Studio-Theatre in the Édifice Wilder, as well as in the McCord Stewart Museum Amphitheater and in the Pointe-à-Callière Museum.
Over the past 20 years, they have strived to fulfill their mission of popularizing all aspects of contemporary creative dance by making it more accessible and showcasing it in both traditional and unusual venues.
Les Grands Ballets’ dancers will perform at the Closing Evening on Saturday, September 16 at 7 p.m., and at the Closing Matinée on Sunday, September 17 at 3 p.m. They will interpret Fête Sauvage by Hélène Blackburn, and Fukuoka by Marcos Morau.
