On May 15, Montréal en Histoires launched the application INSITU, offering a tour of augmented realities to discover the works of 17 major cultural institutions throughout the metropolis. An original and unseen virtual trip through great classics, contemporary creations, Quebec heritage and mind-blowing performances!
Les Grands Ballets is happy to be one of the participating cultural institutions, with an excerpt from Requiem by Andrew Skeels, interpreted by dancers Étienne Delorme and André Santos. The show’s excerpt has been adapted specifically for the application.
A large sticker on the floor showsvisitors where to stand, and invite them to connect through a QR code. After downloading the application on Apple Store or Google Play, visitors can see the dancers move as if they were here in person!
