The company will present a mixed program combining classical ballet and contemporary dance, recent creations by artists of the new generation and repertory excerpts. It promises to be an exceptional event, with a program that includes Uwe Scholz’s 7th Symphony (2nd movement), Ben Van Cauwenbergh’s Les bourgeois, Andrew Skeels’s Requiem (5th movement), Marcos Morau’s Fukuoka, Coppélia suite and other surprises.
Principal dancer Raphaël Bouchard and first soloist Maude Sabourin will also take part in the festival’s opening night, on July 29.
