The National Centre for Dance Therapy is glad to announce that a new adapted dance course is about to begin! Offered by one of Les Grands Ballets' dancers and a dance/movement therapist, this Parkinson in Movement program is designed to help people with Parkinson’s to move freely and have fun, freeing them from the constraints of the disease. This program is also designed to enhance posture and balance, for daily well-being.
What: a course designed to allow people with Parkinson’s disease to work on their posture and balance, to gain more control of their daily movements.
Offered by Renata Commisso, dancer at Les Grands Ballets, and Carol Jones, a dance/movement professional.
When: every Friday, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., from November 3 to December 15.
