This class uses movement and improvisation, inspired by different dance styles and by the participants’ own stories, as modes of communication. These allow participants to reconnect with themselves and with others through bodily expression. Thanks to the social, cognitive, physical and sensory elements involved, the dance-therapy sessions help participants reach an overall sense of well-being.
Each session is led by a dance therapist from the National Centre for Dance Therapy.
Schedule: Wednesday, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – in-studio
