Sonia holds a diploma in classical dance from the Pierre-Laporte school as well as a diploma in cultural management, specializing in intervention with young dropouts, obtained in Lyon in 1994. During the 1990s, Sonia toured with different dance troupes as a dancer, rehearsal master, coordinator and assistant to choreographers. Throughout her career, Sonia has continually explored the different facets of dance through master classes in France, the United Kingdom and the United States. These courses have allowed her to deepen her knowledge in a multitude of styles: contemporary, modern, jazz, afro-caribbean, as well as several urban styles.
Because when you breathe, you're in motion, so life for me is dancing.
Because it makes me happy and that's the thing I can count on to get through the tough times.
When I know I can't control the situation, I simply enjoy the ride!
