"Good things come in threes", cheerfully promised Marie Eve at the end of her second contract with Les Grands Ballets, a position within the marketing team and during which she was introduced to ESSENTRICS™. Now a Total Barre and Level-4 Essentrics™ instructor, she takes a real interest in healthy ways to deal with stress. We're glad to welcome her to our team for the third time!

A published writer and digital copywriter, Marie Eve knows what it's like to spend too much time in front of a screen. To balance it out, she teaches at Les Studios and at Miranda Edmonde-White's flagship studio, and she facilitates workshops for athletes and health organizations. She previously taught recreational jazz ballet, contemporary flamenco and aerobics classes. Having learned 5 languages and travelled to 31 countries, Marie Eve is an enthusiastic advocate for movement.
