Because dancing is the way how you express yourself. When you dance you know who you are and you are in the moment, you are alive!
Staying in the movement means that you are constantly evolving, progressing and nothing is stationary even when you sit the atoms in your body keeps moving, so keep moving, means you stay in the harmony with the mother nature.
When you are in the moment and moving there is nothing to hold on to it except your breath.
