

At Les Grands Ballets, art has the power to bring people together, soothe them, and restore their hope. Created in 2021, the Ballet to share program was born out of this conviction.
Thanks to the support of donors, thousands of people have been able to enjoy the ballet experience free of charge, whether they are marginalized or socially excluded, or part of the college community. Because art should not be a privilege, this program helps break down isolation and promote well-being through a shared artistic experience.

To date, Ballet to share has welcomed nearly 2000 people, mainly accompanied by community organizations. Among them are refugees and newcomers, women in vulnerable situations, caregivers, people living with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease, and teenagers facing mental health issues. The program also reached out to CEGEP students.
With the support of donors, Les Grands Ballets hopes to expand the program's reach and attract a more diverse audience. For the 2025–2026 season, a minimum of 600 people will be invited to attend one of the following two performances:
