During this workshop, offered on April 27, 2021, Judith Marcuse, director of the ICASC, has presented an overview of a form of participatory arts called art for social change (ASC) and the many roles it plays in Canada and around the world. She has provided information about this art practice and the perspectives that underlie it while also sharing stories about the work she has done in many settings around the world – from Pakistan and West Africa to Japan and Ecuador.
