On May 9, 2020, Yael Beth-Halachmi, dance therapist, presented a model for using dance and choreography within the therapeutic process, following the infant-parent dance throughout its evolution. An intervention program was introduced based on this model, and professionals from different disciplines were invited to learn how and why to integrate it for clinical observation and interventional objectives.
This innovative tool allows those working with children to better understand the underlying choreographies of an early relationship while offering new, creative ways of promoting non-verbal coordination.
