This class uses movement and improvisation, inspired by different dance styles and by the participants’ histories, as modes of communication. These enable participants to reconnect with themselves and with others through bodily expression. Thanks to the social, cognitive, physical and sensory elements involved, the dance-therapy sessions help participants reach a feeling of overall well-being.
