This class offers autistic teens and young adults ages 15 to 35 a space to design and experience a choreographic process. Participants explore rhythm, spatiality, and movement dynamics while drawing inspiration from the Grands Ballets’ season performances to reinterpret certain works in their own way. Through guided and playful activities, the course encourages body awareness, teamwork, and the discovery of the creative process.
The primary goal is to nurture the joy of creating and sharing an artistic experience together. Each class is led by two facilitators of the National Centre for Dance Therapy, who are experts in dance and in supporting diverse populations.
