This webinar will explore the principles and tools necessary to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.
Rosamaria Ricart will present her approach as a process, a continuous development centered on the body, which may fall outside the limits of our awareness, such as a seed that falls to the ground and grows into a tree. Her approach considers that life experiences are written inside our bodies and that our experience of the world, and our response to it, are a result of our physical life. It’s inside the body and through it that our thoughts, feelings and emotions exist and that we create meaningful relationships.
This webinar will explore the basis of this process of fulfillment and the tools necessary to achieve it in both personal and professional aspects of one’s life. It is open to all those who are interested in connecting with their bodies and exploring tools to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.
The webinar is offered by the National Centre for Dance Therapy, with the support of the RBC Foundation.
