Free ticket echange is part of our subscriber privileges, it is not possible for single ticket buyers.
Open a new session to access your Grands Ballets account.
Click on Manage my tickets.
Select the month of the event for which you wish to exchange your tickets and select the event in the drop-down menu on the right.
A pop-up window will open, click Continue to exchange
Select a new date and click on Continue at the bottom of the screen.

Verify if the information is correct and the select exchange seats at the bottom of the screen.
Follow the steps to finalize the transaction until you see the confirmation page. You whould also receive a confirmation email.
You must print your new tickets to access the theatre.
