Ticket Exchange

Open a new session to access your Grands Ballets account.

Click on Manage my tickets.

Select the month of the event for which you wish to exchange your tickets and select the event in the drop-down menu on the right.

1. Click on Exhange Seats on the bottom left.
2. Select the seats you wish to exchange.
3. To confirm, click on Exhange on the upper right of the screen.

A pop-up window will open, click Continue to exchange

Select a new date and click on Continue at the bottom of the screen.

1. In the dynamic seating plan, click on PARTERRE

1. Select your seats and click Checkout on the bottom right.

Verify if the information is correct and the select exchange seats at the bottom of the screen.

1. Select the delivery mode : Electronic
2. Click continue

1. Check the box to agree to the term of use
2. Click on Purchase tickets

Follow the steps to finalize the transaction until you see the confirmation page. You whould also receive a confirmation email.
You must print your new tickets to access the theatre.
