1. DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY
The "Cinderella" giveaway organized by Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal (the organizer), begins on April 24, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) and ends on May 23, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to all Quebec residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate, the participant must go to our social media platforms (Facebook or Instagram), like our publication, follow the pages indicated and fill out the online entry form and validate it as indicated. An entrant may only submit one (1) entry form during the giveaway period. An entrant may use only one (1) email address (which must be a valid email address) to register. Only one (1) entrant per entry form. No more than one (1) entrant may use the same email address. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who violates or attempts to violate the rules of this giveaway.
4. PRIZES
The winners will be awarded one (1) prize valued at approximately $846: four tickets to the Cinderella show presented on Saturday, June 3 at 2 p.m. at Place des Arts and a Clarins Canada gift bag. The prize does not include transportation, cloakroom, beverage and all personal expenses. The organizer reserves the right to change the description, nature and approximate value of the above prize choices at any time.
No prize is transferable. The prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution in cash or otherwise, except at the sole discretion of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value for a prize that cannot be awarded as provided herein.
Only selected entrants will be contacted. No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this giveaway and awarding the prizes. When individuals enter our contest by providing their email address and consent to receive marketing communications, we may use the data to send them our newsletters.
6. ERRORS
Entries that contain or have errors will be void. Entries that have been tampered with, defaced, altered, falsified, reproduced or illegally obtained will not be eligible. It is understood that the organizers will not be held responsible for: (a) any insufficient or incorrect information, arising from users or from any equipment or programming used in the giveaway, or from any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) technical difficulties or problems experienced with telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment and software, viruses or bugs; (d) the inability of the Promoter, for any reason, including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website, to receive or send e-mail; (e) damage to entrant's or any other person's computer system or equipment occasioned by participating or downloading materials in this promotion.
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND OR MODIFY
By entering this giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, which are available on the contest website throughout the giveaway period.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway rules without prior notice.
Subject to the foregoing, the organizer may make changes to or terminate all or part of the giveaway at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that, for any reason, the giveaway is not running as planned, particularly due to fraudulent manipulation, destruction, loss or theft of entry forms or any other defect that could compromise the fairness or integrity of this contest.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
By entering or attempting to enter this giveaway, each entrant or purported entrant agrees to release, discharge and forever hold harmless the giveaway organizer and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents or other representatives, its parent company and its affiliates from any and all claims, from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, causes of action, suits or liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or attempted participation in the giveaway, compliance or non-compliance with the giveaway rules or acceptance and use of the prize.
Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification from the giveaway and any future giveaways or promotions held by the organizer. The official rules of the giveaway are available on our social networks (Facebook and Instagram) and Les Grands Ballets website. All decisions of the organizer and the organization are final and without appeal with respect to all aspects of the giveaway.
Entrants to the giveaway acknowledge that they have read these rules and agree to abide by them.
