Charles-Alexis constantly puts creativity and authenticity at the forefront. As a freelance artist in contemporary dance, an emerging choreographer, a passionate teacher and a little monkey at times, he likes to see dance as a channel to better self-understanding and, above all, to better self-listening. His class at the Studios is a reflection of himself, no matter the level: intense, positive, athletic and creative. Physically and interpretively demanding, he is especially interested in getting students out of their comfort zone while discovering new gestural textures and ways of approaching movement.
