Tuesday Rain Leduc started dance at the age of 3 at the École supérieure de ballet du Québec. She joined their professional program at age 10 in 2012, and graduated in May 2023.
During her time at ESBQ, Tuesday had the chance to work on several excerpts of classical ballets, such as Paquita and La Bayadère. She also performed several contemporary and neoclassical works, such as Colossus by Stephanie Lake (in collaboration with L’École de danse contemporaine de Montréal), an excerpt from Règle 26 1⁄2 by Gaby Baars, and a contemporary solo choreographed by Ausia Jones.
Over the years, Tuesday has had many opportunities to dance with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. She performed in the company’s production of The Nutcracker as a child, continuing all the way to the corps de ballet roles. In 2019, she performed an excerpt of Balanchine’s Serenade at Les Grands Ballets’ Soirée des Étoiles. In 2022, Tuesday danced in two of the company’s ballets; Ivan Cavallari’s Romeo & Juliet and Marcia Haydee’s Sleeping Beauty. In March of 2023, she was an understudy for Jeunehomme, a ballet by Uwe Scholz. She joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens as an apprentice in 2023, and was promoted to Corps de ballet in 2024.
