Rose started dancing at the age of 2 with the Ballet Classique du Haut Richelieu. She was accepted in the professional program of the École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec at the college level in 2015. During her training, she had the chance to dance several ballet excerpts such as Swan Lake, Giselle and Sleeping Beauty.
Rose performed on stage with Les Grands Ballets in The Nutcracker as well as in their 2019 production of the ballet Giselle. She participated in the Quartier Danse festival in 2018 and 2019 and collaborated in several creation residencies with choreographers Andrew Skeels, Kunal Ranchod, Jacques Denis-Poulin and Edouard Lock. She joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens as an apprentice for the 2021-2022 season and is then promoted Corps de ballet in 2023.
