¹Afro Jazz dance is a fusion of African, Caribbean and jazz dance styles. Thwe foundation of the movements is grounded. Mixed with specific Jazz technique, this style is particularly dynamic and high intensity.
This is an open level class for adults (16 years old +).
Suggested attire: Athletic attire, barefoot or socks.
²Sonia has worked in Dance for over 20 years. She is currently working on the 6th of a series of short films based on body percussion and the theme of migration in all its forms.
