This class applies dance therapy principles to engage all people willing to dance and move with a deeper awareness of body-mind connection. Movements are tailored to the needs and goals of each participant, to allow them to achieve a sense of well-being and let go of the stress of their daily life. The experience is based on different dance forms, improvisation, participants’ creativity and self-expression, rhythmic synchrony, movement reflections, group dynamics and the pleasure of moving and dancing together.
