This class uses methods and therapeutic techniques of movement and dance to endorse self-awareness and self-esteem, incorporate relaxation routines, achieve a better self-regulation and create connections to oneself and to others. By providing the therapeutic space to express different feelings, these dance therapy sessions thus help participants to reduce anxiety and stress by developing or evoking new ways of coping and adapting to change.
