Amanda Ruggles holds a BFA in in contemporary dance from Concordia University, and completed the ADTA-approved dance therapy training at the National Centre for Dance Therapy. She works as a movement specialist with people with dementia and those with Parkinson’s. She has been a yoga teacher and dance teacher to people of all ages for many years and is a specialist in group processes and intergroup dynamics. She first and foremost is a mother who loves dancing with her little one, skipping through forests and bounding through fields.
